Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is the pioneer in the industry of microfinance banks. The bank has been acknowledged and awarded the ‘Best Microfinance Bank’ in Pakistan for a second year running; by the Pakistan Banking Awards 2019. These awards are held on a yearly basis by the Institute of Bankers Pakistan, with knowledge partners AF Ferguson and media partners Dawn Media Group.
The award was bestowed upon Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited for their exemplary performance in the ever growing outreach with penetration efficiency. The bank achieves this with their attention to details in their processes. They are extremely focused on bringing innovative solutions to their consumers on a regular basis, to enable the rise in benchmark for the industry.
While the banking industry’s representatives were present in strength. The awards held each year were also attended by the regulatory bodies and the stakeholders of the industry.

The Banking Awards ensure that the efforts put towards the development of new and improved products and services are recognized. Pakistan Bankers Award also awarded excellence in the areas of financial inclusion, customer convenience, technology in banking, Islamic Banking, trade finance including SME and agriculture.
The panel of jurists was curated carefully and included members bringing their broad and diversified experience of working in the finance industry. Each award was finalized after a rigorous process of analysis and review of performance within each category.
